It’s our great honor to officially launch our new generation intelligent ductless fume hood today. Developed based on years of laboratory equipment R&D experience, this product fully complies with the national standard JG/T385:2012. It redefines safe, energy-saving and flexible laboratory ventilation solutions, and serves as an ideal upgrade alternative to traditional ducted fume hoods for modern laboratories, research institutes, pharmaceutical factories and chemical labs .
Different from conventional ducted fume hoods that rely on complex pipeline exhaust systems, our newly launched ductless fume hood adopts an internal recirculation purification design, breaking the limitations of pipeline layout and building renovation. It realizes plug-and-play deployment, greatly cutting engineering construction, installation and long-term operating costs for users.

Core Design & Superior Performance
The main metal components are made of ≥1.0 mm thick cold-rolled steel sheets coated with acid and alkali resistant epoxy polyester paint, which effectively resists corrosion and moisture. The front and side panels use 5 mm thick high-transparent acrylic sheets, featuring excellent weather resistance, anti-aging performance and outstanding chemical resistance. The worktop is equipped with standard phenolic resin board, which is anti-impact, easy to clean and highly resistant to chemicals; other customized worktop materials are also available to meet diverse experimental demands. We provide three mainstream sizes (1300 / 1600 / 1800) to match different lab spaces and workstation layouts.
Equipped with a dual-layer composite filter system, the product supports modular filter configuration. We have developed five professional filter types targeting acidic gas, organic gas, ammonia gas, formaldehyde and fine particles respectively. The particle filter achieves a filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles larger than 0.3 μm. The overall filtration system can adsorb more than 500 common chemical substances. All contaminated air is purified internally, and clean air is recirculated indoors, completely avoiding outdoor air pollution and HVAC energy loss caused by continuous exhaust.
This model is fitted with a 10.1-inch smart touch control panel, integrating all operating data display and function control. The built-in TVOC sensor, temperature and humidity sensors and face velocity sensors monitor the operating status in real time:
The system automatically records the filter service life starting from factory delivery. When the filter is about to expire, the indicator will turn red to remind users of timely replacement. The device will lock and refuse to start if the filter expires, ensuring laboratory safety. We also provide a one-time filter service life extension service and exclusive replacement password based on the unique device ID, making filter management more standardized and convenient.

For scenarios requiring disinfection, the optional UV sterilization module is available. Equipped with a magnetic door switch, the UV lamp will only work when the front sash is fully closed, preventing operators from ultraviolet radiation damage. The system also records the cumulative service life of the UV lamp and supports one-click reset after replacement.
